Mr. Róbert Hrabovszki
Deputy CEO, CFO

Mr. Róbert Hrabovszki graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc, as an Economist, M.Sc. in BE, specialization in finance and accounting. In 1998, he acquired a broker license at the Budapest Stock Exchange. In 2002, he became a “Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst” under the EFFAS (European Federation for Financial Analysts’ Societies) diploma program of the International Training Center for Bankers. Mr. Hrabovszki has 20+ years of capital market experience and a wide institutional investor network in Hungary. Between 1997 and 2010 he worked at the CIB Bank Group in various security markets and investment banking positions. Between 2008 and 2010, he was the head of the Investment Banking Division at CIB Bank. From September 2010, at OTP Bank Plc. he led the Securities Placements, Capital Markets Transactions and Custody Department. Since 2018, he serves as the Deputy CEO and CFO BIF Plc.

dr. Anita Kalicz
head of legal affairs

Dr. Anita Kalicz has been leading the legal department of BIF Plc. since January 2020. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of ELTE in 1992. After her studies she acquired a wide range of professional experience in the field of banking law and administrative litigation at numerous financial institutes, such as, among others, the Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. and the Hungarian National Bank Zrt. In the field of banking law she especially dealt with the legal support of the corporate restructuring, the real estate- and project financing and the workout. She gained real estate law and acquisition experience by working as the Attorney at law, In-house-lawyer and Head of the Legal Department at many corporations (Wallis Zrt., DeTe Immobilien Zrt. and MÁV Vagyonkezelő Zrt.). Before joining the team of BIF Plc. she strengthened the banking and finance team of Szecskay Law Office as the Of Counsel.

dr. Katalin Horváthné Kalácska

Dr. Katalin Horváthné Kalácska joined BIF Plc in 2009, as Head of the Finance and Accounting Department. She began her carrier as an internal auditor. She worked for 4 years in the paper industry, later another 4 years in the banking sector. She continued her carrier as a chief accountant. Later, Dr Horváthné Kalácska worked as Head of Accounting for various other companies in the paper, construction and printing industry for 15 years. Dr Horváthné Kalácska is a Certified Public Accountant, specialized in enterprises, audits, and tax advisory.

Mr. Attila Seres

Mr. Győző Marton

head of controlling department

Mr. Győző Marton has led the Controlling Department of BIF Plc since May 2018, with 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance of the Budapest University of Economics in 1999, then he spent 5 years at the "central" bank of savings co-operative integration – Takarékbank - where he also dealt with strategic planning, project management and product development. Afterwards, he worked at the consumer division of Citibank as a business planning analyst, and since 2006 he has held a leading position at the Planning and Controlling Department of CIB Bank, where he was primarily responsible for preparing and developing business reports, analyses and budgets.

Mr. Attila Fabián
head of the CAPEX and Fit-out department

Mr. Attila Fábián is Head of CAPEX and Fit-out Department at BIF Plc since 2019. He graduated from Óbuda University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 2012. Following that, he started to work as Service Engineer at Multi Alarm Ltd., where he gained considerable experience in the fields of electrical safety and security systems, as well as maintenance and assurance of uninterruptible availability of nationwide, remote surveillance systems. From 2014 he continued his career in the banking sector and acquired experience in facility management at CIB Bank Zrt, in which position he was in charge of ensuring the smooth operations of the Budapest branch network and also he was responsible for the properties of key importance for the purpose of business continuity.
