We are currently working on the refurbishment and upgrade of our existing office building complex in the most dynamically developing area of District 12. of Budapest, just a few minutes away from the Déli pályaudvar Station. During the development of the centrally located office building, which was handed over in the second quarter of 2022, exclusive, green certified office areas were created, together with nearly 90 parking spaces and a landscaped inner courtyard. The building is currently 100% occupied, free office space is not available.
